(“VOA”), with address at Avenida Javier Barros Sierra No. 540, Tower 1, Floor 3, Colonia Zedec Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón Mayor's Office, Mexico City, C.P: 01210, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, its Regulations and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (together, the “Personal Data Act”) makes available to you

this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”), with the purpose of informing you of the terms and conditions for the processing and protection of your Personal Data.

The personal information to which VOA has access will be used, as appropriate, to: (i) contact you; (ii) provide the legal services you request from us at the time; (iii) create, upload and keep your profile updated in the VOA database; (iv) provide our advisors, partners, clients, employees and/or professionals with the information necessary to carry out our activities; (v) implement our personnel recruitment processes; (vi) administrative purposes such as collection, clarification, research and billing; (vii) formalize the contractual relationship with you; (viii) manage and fulfill the contractual relationship established with you; (ix) investigate, verify and validate the information provided by you; (x) the analysis and risk management of entering into contracts with you; (xi) sending you informative summaries (i.e., newsletters and client alerts); and (xii) in general, to comply with any legal obligations of VOA related to its corporate purpose and/or primary economic activity For the purposes described above, VOA may require the following data: full name, copy of official identification, federal taxpayer registration number, proof of tax status, unique population registration number, address, gender, date and place of birth, nationality, place of residence, telephone, email, cell phone, institution where you study or completed your studies, academic average, place where you work or have worked, marital status, marriage regime, profession or profession, and sensitive Personal Data such as information about bank accounts, as well as certain tax and/or social security information (“Personal Data”). In order to fulfill the purposes described above, VOA may share with third parties, domestic or foreign, some or all of your Personal Data.

In addition, VOA will ensure, through the signing of agreements and/or the adoption of other binding documents, that these third parties maintain adequate security, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your Personal Data, as well as that such third parties only use your Personal Data for the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. In terms of Article 68 of the Regulation of the Personal Data Act and Article 36 of that law, you expressly consent and authorize VOA to share Personal Data with people with whom we have a professional, business relationship and/or are suppliers of goods or services in order for these people to carry out various activities or provide services on behalf of VOA and/or you, as well as in the cases established by Article 37 of the Personal Data Act. In addition, VOA guarantees that the transfers of Personal Data that are made at the time will at all times comply with the provisions of articles 36 of the Personal Data Act and 68 of the Regulations of the Personal Data Act.

If you have any concerns or doubts about how VOA processes Personal Data or if you wish to exercise your right to access, rectify and cancel your Personal Data, object to their processing, limit their use or disclosure, or revoke the consent you have given to VOA for the processing of such data, please contact us by calling +52 (55) 9439 8231 or sending an email to eduardo@villanuevaortiz.com, specifying, at least, the following information: (i) full name; (ii) email address electronic or address to communicate the response to the request; (iii) telephone; (iv) the documents that prove your identity (i.e., current official identification) or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the person processing the corresponding application/request, in your name and on behalf of you (i.e., power of attorney signed before two witnesses accompanied by a copy of the official identification of the grantor of the power of attorney and the legal representative); (v) a clear description of the Personal Data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the rights mentioned above; and (vi) any other element or document that facilitates the identification of your Personal Data.

In the case of requests for rectification of Personal Data, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request/request. In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act, VOA has a period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt of your request to notify you of the determination made through the email or address you provided in the request and, if appropriate, VOA will have an additional period of 15 (fifteen) business days following the date of notification to make it effective. The above-mentioned deadlines may be extended only once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case so justify. VOA or our third-party service providers may use cookies (or other anonymous tracking technologies that do not collect information that could identify you personally) when you visit our website. A “cookie” is a small text file placed on your computer or device, which helps our websites work better. However, VOA reserves the right to save certain information in these files, so that the next time you visit the VOA website, the information stored in the cookie can be used to make it easier for you to navigate the website.
