Credit Facility for the Refinancing of Viceroy Los Cabos Hotel

Villanueva Ortiz Abogados, S.C. advised and represented Banco Mercantil del Norte, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple (“Banorte”), on a secured credit facility of up to $85,000,000.00 USD granted to Tortuga Resorts San Jose, S.A. de C.V., an entity controlled by Grupo Rodina. The proceeds of the credit facility will be used for the refinancing of Viceroy Los Cabos, a five-star hotel with 170 rooms, located in the Los Cabos region.
